Ministry of Education Issues Warning to Ten Educational Institutions for Non-Compliance with Regulatory Law

The Ministry of Education and Educational System Reform announced that it has issued a warning to ten educational institutions for failing to comply with the regulatory law related to educational reform.

In a statement published on its official page, the ministry clarified that the warning mandates the “cancellation of enrollments for students registered in grades exclusively reserved for public education within 48 hours of receipt, and adherence to the official opening date.”

The ministry also noted that it formed a “joint mission between the Private Education Department and the General Inspectorate of Education on September 11, 2024, which has visited 28 private institutions so far.” It emphasized that “inspection activities will continue regularly, and all necessary measures will be taken upon detecting any violations.”

The statement revealed that “the inspection team observed that all institutions complied with the warning, except for one institution that continued to retain grades exclusive to public education,” leading to a decision to close this institution for a full academic week.

Additionally, the ministry issued a circular on September 5, 2024, stating that grades (1AF, 2AF, 3AF) are exclusively reserved for public education during the 2024/2025 academic year, and that the specified opening date for the academic year, set for Monday, October 7, 2024, must be respected.
