Prime Minister Chairs Meeting on Recruitment of 3,000 State Employees

Nouakchott, Mauritania – Wednesday – His Excellency the Prime Minister, Mr. Mokhtar Ould Daddah Ajai, today chaired a meeting at the Prime Minister’s office of the ministerial committee responsible for recruiting 3,000 employees and contract workers for the state. The meeting marks a key step in completing the preparatory phase of this major national initiative.
The session followed a series of coordination meetings held by the committee to develop a clear and precise program for organizing the recruitment process, ensuring full transparency and equal opportunities for all candidates. This approach reflects the directives of His Excellency President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, emphasizing the selection of national talents based on merit and adherence to legal procedures.
To reinforce transparency and fairness, the committee decided to introduce advanced digital measures aimed at minimizing any potential negative impact on the recruitment process.
During the meeting, the committee reviewed the technical and organizational arrangements that will be implemented to conduct the recruitment efficiently.
