The “Ennahda” party has praised President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani’s appointment of Mokhtar Ould Dahi as Prime Minister, describing it as “a choice aligned with the needs of the current phase, prioritizing competence, integrity, and credibility as the main criteria for appointments in this era.”
In a statement released today, Saturday, the party highlighted that Ould Dahi, a member of the party’s executive office, “has earned President Ghazouani’s trust to lead the government during this crucial and pivotal phase of our country’s history.”
The party also congratulated outgoing Prime Minister Mohamed Ould Bilal for his “dedication and sincere efforts over the past four years” in implementing President Ghazouani’s agenda during his first term.
