The Mauritanian Islamic Forum distributes cash to hundreds of families in Gaza
The Mauritanian Islamic Forum distributed cash amounts to hundreds of families in the Gaza Strip, following days of operating a convoy of water tankers and distributing them to thousands of displaced families in various areas of the Gaza Strip.
The Forum stated in a summary that the distribution of these cash amounts, as well as the operation of the water tanker convoy, are part of its relief program, which includes distributing food items, medical kits, health services, establishing shelters, and more.
The Forum noted that the residents of the Gaza Strip are suffering from difficult conditions, including a severe shortage of drinkable water, following the destruction of desalination plants, targeting of water tanks, and distribution networks by the enemy, as well as a shortage of food supplies.
The Forum stated that tens of thousands of families in the three governorates of the Strip have benefited from its relief program in the past period.
The Forum renewed its thanks to the generous aid donors from the noble Mauritanian people, who stood with all their components and orientations with our brothers and families in Gaza in this sincere fraternal stance.
