Governor of Alak Oversees Distribution of Financial Aid to Families Affected by Sandstorm in Al-Zaghlan Village

The Governor of Alak District, Mr. Mohamed Ould Al-Hussein Ould Ajeh, supervised today, Sunday afternoon, the distribution of substantial financial assistance provided by the General Directorate of National Solidarity and Fight Against Exclusion (TAZER) to 68 families affected by the recent sandstorm in Al-Zaghlan village, within Bouhidayda municipality.

Mr. Mahfoud Ould Zenfour, Regional Coordinator of the Takamul Program in Brakna region, explained that this intervention is part of the support efforts for families impacted by the storm. He emphasized that this aid reflects the policy of the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Sheikh El Ghazouani, focused on combating exclusion and strengthening national solidarity, and his steadfast commitment to stand with citizens in all circumstances.

The beneficiaries expressed their sincere gratitude to the country’s highest authorities, led by the President, for their timely and decisive support.

The distribution ceremony was held in the presence of the Secretary-General of Bouhidayda municipality and the security authorities of Alak district.
