The Islamic Republic of Mauritania has expressed its sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its government and people, as well as to the families of the victims, following the crash of an Aramco-owned helicopter in the Ras Tanura area, which resulted in the deaths of several Saudi citizens.
This came in a statement issued by the Mauritanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, in which the government expressed its deep sorrow and strong sympathy over the tragic incident.
The statement affirmed Mauritania’s solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this painful event, extending its deepest condolences to the bereaved families, and praying to God Almighty to have mercy on the victims, grant them forgiveness, admit them into His vast paradise, and inspire their families with patience and solace.
