This morning, Deputy and Mayor Qassim Ould Ballali received Dr. Gilles Coucou, the Health Officer of the French Red Cross in Bassiknou, at the municipal palace. This visit was part of a working visit to the Municipality of Nouadhibou.
Dr. Coucou also conducted a field visit to several healthcare facilities affiliated with the Municipality of Nouadhibou to assess the operations of these vital health centers, which provide direct services to the residents and visitors of the city.
